A Photographers Place Terms for Exhibitions

1. Eligibility

• Open To: Photographers at all levels, from emerging artists to seasoned professionals.
• Age Requirement: This call is open for work from any artist 18 years of age or older.

2. Rights and Usage

• Ownership: Photographers retain all ownership and copyright to their work.

• Usage Rights: By submitting, you grant us the right to use your images for promotional purposes related to the exhibition.
• Accuracy: All submitted images must be the original work of the photographer, and the photographer holds all necessary rights for display.
• Legal Compliance: Submissions must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellation: In the event that the exhibit is cancelled, registrants’ compensation is limited to return of submission fees.
